- The Delta Centre – a national resource centre working to improve the accessibility for disabled people in society
- Special Needs Education within the Education System – The inclusion of children (and adults) with special needs in mainstream educational settings is the general rule. Specialised institutions exist, but only 0.6% of the school population are enrolled in provision outside their local school system.
- Norwegian Board of Education – runs the Norwegian School Net and are responsible for parts of the national action plan for ICT in education
