Great article! And I will definitely use the PDF flyer. I visited a patient in a hospital every day for over a week recently. Every day, I saw parking violations like this. The parking lot had many accessible parking spots, all close to the hospital entrance. All the access areas were filled without fail. I reported it to the hospital staff, who had the security or parking staff follow up on the matter. They were, unfortunately, all too familiar with the problem. Of course there were other parking lots - they were just farther away! They even had valet parking, so if you were stuck and really couldn't physically handle to distant lots, you could use the valet service.
I think it is simply a matter of forgetting to be considerate of others, which is sad.
